Customer Success Manager

Your role

The role of CSM means you will, in close collaboration with HYKER’s KAM, sell and manage services to HYKER’s existing customers and partners. We are looking for someone who enjoys organization and is driven by simplifying, streamlining, and making the sales process more efficient. 

  • Develop existing customers and partners in collaboration with KAM.
  • Ensure customers meet their goals and derive full value from our platform.
  • Manage HYKER’s sales emails.
  • Ongoing CRM work.
  • Map and develop customer flow.
  • Assist customers with improvements.
  • Manage negotiations, renewals, and agreements with customers.
  • Ongoing customer contact via phone, email, and teams. 
  • Provide support for user inquiries or escalate customer problems.
  • In collaboration with the sales organization, prospect new customers/partners.
  • The CSM role involves meeting with our existing customers independently via customer visits.

Qualifications

We would prefer if you have prior experience in CRM and service sales, particularly in IT security and cloud services. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
